Highlights from the Défi Rouge et Or Meet - December 3-5, 2010 - Quebec City
Congratulations to all swimmers who competed this past weekend at the Défi Rouge et Or Swim Meet and also at the Cornwall Invitational.
Our team experienced tremendous success at all levels with new personal best times, new EOSA, Provincial and Eastern National cuts, and we learned many lessons that will help us to continue to improve in the future.
A special congratulation goes to our new team record holders:
Kylie Weber - set records in the 200m backstroke Sr and 15-17 yrs (2:11.42) and 1500m free 15-17 yrs (17:12.24)
Neeley Arnott - set the 200m backstroke 13-14 yrs (2:17.95) record
Another great meet for the GO Kingfish. Way to go swimmers.
